I previously worked for food companies in the area of corporate social responsibility, which is why sustainable supply chains are particularly important to me. The majority of the dairy products are of organic quality and in the spirit of regional added value, almost everything is purchased from local suppliers (e.g. Bakery Hirt, Hallein). Exotic fruits come from crowd farming whenever possible.
